REFUND POLICY
Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from TayTay. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
We do not currently offer free return shipping and customers looking to return an item must return using their own shipping service.

Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item returned is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item. In these circumstances, we will in the first instance send a replacement item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse. Once processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and should be in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you asked for store credit then we will issue you with a gift card for the refund value immediately.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@edenashram.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
