Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed and we then use premium shippers to get you your items quickly. Approx global transit times are detailed below.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase from TAYTAY. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 21 days from the date we dispatch your order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges on products. Customers wishing to swap their current product for a different product/size/colour will will need to place a new order for any alternative product and then return the item/s they have for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within 7 days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for funds to show back on your account.
